![]() The smile can be described as an 'evil grin' and not a happy smile. However, at the end of the first Billy and Mandy episode when the scene is about to close, Mandy smiles due to the fact that she gets to keep Grim's head for the night. This is argued against by an episode in which Mandy falls in love with Piff and smiles multiple times. She never smiles and is quick to deny her smiles (with exception of the first season when her body is taken over by Billy) in fact, it was shown in the episode "My Fair Mandy" that if she smiled, the entire fabric of reality would warp. In addition, it is revealed in the episode "Really Odd Couple", that she has two small nostrils. ![]() This kind of attribute leads to many "nose jokes" referring to Mandy in the cartoon, such as "A noseless mother with bad shoes". She is also the only human character to have no nose, but according to her, she doesn't have one because it is disgusting. Her outfit consists of a pink dress with a picture of a yellow flower on it. She has a blond devil-horn-like hairdo and eyebrows that are in a perpetual frown, although her expression will change in rare occasions when she is afraid or disgusted. Mandy is Billy's closest friend, but has been pessimistic and full of rage since before her birth. Billy was voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz. In Billy and Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure, it is revealed that he is also afraid of the mailman and that his worst nightmare is facing a spider-clown-mailman hybrid. His arachnophobia is ironic in that he is the "father" of Jeff the Spider, who only wants to have a father-son relationship with Billy, and has a hard time understanding why Billy hates him. His Coulrophobia was cured after his Frat Boy dream that Grim scared him into. He also has Arachnophobia, Entomophobia, Coulrophobia as well as a fear of the mailman. His fits of rage and the massive destruction he causes with supernatural magic can be so intense as to scare even Mandy away. Prone to surprising and nonsensical fits of rage, he is extremely hyperactive, with a knack for causing all kinds of disasters, often related to abusing Grim's supernatural items. Like his father, he has a number of unpleasant habits, including nose-picking, flatulence, and male chauvinism. He has a pink, extremely large nose (it has been shown several times that the nose is removeable), wears a blue and white striped shirt, and covers his orange hair with a red hat. Grim was voiced by Greg Eagles.īilly is an extremely happy-go-lucky child, with an IQ of -5, which is far below the upper limit of being mentally retarded. Billy usually abuses them, creating chaos and destruction. He also has a bottomless trunk where all types of dark objects are found. Grim is slowly adapting to modern life, and is usually seen, in his free time, watching television mainly horror movies or soap operas. He often is forced to do their chores and create supernatural fun for them. The children treat him more like a slave, though Billy is more friendly towards him and seems to admire him. He is over 10,000 years old, speaks in a Jamaican accent, and was elected to his position when he was in middle school (though in one flashback he is shown stumbling upon his scythe and in another his mother and father gave him his scythe to start is career as the Grim Reaper).
